Here we have the renovation of a private villa built in the 60s, following a new concept according to the forms of contemporary architecture. The use of santafiora sandstone, combined with corten elements as well as large portions of smooth painted surfaces, allow these shapes to excel in their surroundings and somehow illustrate to what extent the local stone seems to redraw the typical land terraces of the Argentario. All in all this represented a meticulous study of interior designing thanks to the particular research dedicated to the choice of materials and the furnishing designing.
