In this project the rather stately cement floating staircase - completed with precious finishing details - in fact dominated the main living area and reflected the main concept of this sea holiday residency located close to Versilia. The dimension of continuity was guaranteed horizontally via the construction of an open-space all the way across the ground floor but also vertically via the staircase’s septum that crosses the three floors of the building.
